Welcome to the very first edition of Weather Vain Magazine, the successor to the much-loved Impermeable Delectable. This issue marks a fresh start with a new name, larger format, and high-quality hand-printed enlargements.

Editor’s note reflects on rising costs and the desire to deliver better value while keeping the spirit of rubber mackintosh appreciation alive. The magazine appeals for reader contributions — photos, drawings, old newspaper cuttings (especially mackintosh adverts), letters, and articles.
